Our Coaching Skills for People Leaders Group Coaching Program helps people leaders hone and apply coaching skills so they can comfortably and reliably integrate those skills into everyday conversations.
People leaders are increasingly asked to coach their direct reports to better engage, retain, and develop them. While managing focuses on direction and oversight, coaching is a collaborative and empowering approach that leverages each individual’s resourcefulness and insight. Developing coaching skills requires practice – knowing what to do is only as good as how often and how well you put that knowledge into practice.
Working in groups of up to six people, participants will learn and practice coaching skills during and in between sessions. This allows participants to embed their enhanced coaching skills with increased confidence and regularity so that it becomes their natural way of leading their teams.
